HOW TO SETUP THE MACHINE TO CONNECT WIFI

1. Connect machine to a power source

2. Open your mobile phone WIFI and look for a network named: AVA- XXXXXX(the Numbers/letters

are different for each machine, but all start with AVA)

3. You’ll be redirected automatically to a the following IP 192.168.4.1 that allows you to configure the

WiFi credentials. Click on Configure WiFi.

4. Select SSID that is available for you and enter the password for that SSID. Then click on SAVE

How to create and adding products in your store.

1. Power on

2. Setup the machine to WIFI 

(Please see the page “ HOW TO SETUP THE MACHINE TO CONNECT WIFI)

3. Login

3.1 Open this website on your browser: https://ava.com.sa/sys3/dashboard

3.2 Enter your Email and Password(default):
Email: your email or contact us
Password: your email or contact us

3.3 Then you go into the home page.

3.4 Put you mouse on the dashboard, you can see the store analytics.

4. Edit Products:

4.1 Click on (Shop) then (Products) 

4.2 You will find sample products we add for you.

4.3 Clicking on the edit, you can choose the language.

4.4 From this page you can edit:

a. English Name

b. Product Categories (for organizing only).

c. Product image: Upload Cover Image

d. Upload More Product Images

e. English Product Description

4.5 Once you edit the information and you click on SAVE, your client will see the changes immediately.

5. Select and track products on machine

5.1 From menu click on (Machines) 

5.2 Click on the machine you would like to edit. Clicking on the icon

5.3 From this page you can edit:

a. Select the product available on this shelf.

b. Write down which selections it is.

c. Product name

d. Selling price

e. Rack quantity

f. Expires date

5.5 Once you click on SAVE your client will see the changes immediately.

6.There is a edit here, you can click and have a look at some information about this machine, but don’t edit them, keep it as it is.

7.Click the order, you can scan the order records.

8. Click coupons, you can set some discounts in this shop.

8.1 Click edit.

8.2 You can name it, write down the date, and the code. 

a. limit means the times discount is used 

8.3 When you finished, click update.

9. Click store settings,

9.1 You can change the language which you need.

9.2 You can add your company’s logo.

9.3 Or some information about your store.

9.4 If you finished, click save change.

10.How to set up your payment method

10.1 After you set up the stores settings, click the Store Payment, then you could set up the payment for your store.

10.2 Choose currency symbol and currency.

10.3 Set up the payment method of square up for your store by click the arrow in the right side:

10.4 Originally you are with our test API in your account, you need to find the information of your live Information as below:

a. Go to Square up web stie: https://developer.squareup.com/us/en

b. Sign In (If you don’t have one, you need to register one to use the payment under square up) and click “Open” under your account:

c. You will be able to see Credentials in Production, if you could not see it, just click the “Credentials” in the left, then click on
Production, you will get the information needed. Then click on “Locations” to get Location ID.

d. Then copy these information to your AVA account. And click “Save Change”, you will complete the set up for using square up as payment.

11.How to Test Machine status by AVA Platform

To make sure of the machine status, we could use AVA platform to test the motor running status.

11.1 Go to your store, the click on “Machine”.

11.2 Then you will see the machines under your store. Click the small eye to review the tracks linked with this machine.

11.3 You could click connected

11.4 Click connected, then the machine will work automatically.
